The Western Ridge Homeowners Association

Western Ridge Homeowners Association is the homeowner association representing the owners of the 200+ homes located in the Western Ridge neighborhood in Crozet, Virginia. Crozet is located about 12 miles west of Charlottesville, home of the University of Virginia.

The centerpiece of Western Ridge is the old farmhouse, now the community Clubhouse. In addition to the Clubhouse, the neighborhood boasts beautiful walking trails, a full size pool and children’s pool, a hard-surfaced tennis court, a fitness room, ponds and reservoirs, a new playground built in 2012, and spectacular views of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Historic downtown Crozet is located about 1 mile from the neighborhood, and offers convenient shopping and recreation activities.

The Association is responsible for maintenance of all common areas, the Clubhouse, and all non-residential facilities.
