Although we hate to see you go, we want to help you with the sale of your home.

Virginia law requires persons selling lots in Western Ridge to obtain from WROA an association disclosure packet and provide it to the purchaser. To request a disclosure packet please fill out and submit the following form. We will begin working on your personalized packet and get back in touch with you within two weeks to let you know that your packet is ready. The cost for an initial packet is $65. Please see the complete fee schedule for updating fees. Currently, expedited processing is not available. The check should be made payable to WROA and can be delivered when you receive your packet.

As part of the packet preparation procedure, WROA needs to conduct an exterior inspection of your property to make sure it complies with WROA Covenants and ARB Guidelines. Please be aware that a volunteer will be walking around your lot sometime within the next few days. WROA is required by law to note violations or pending violations in your personalized packet. The volunteer will look at general appearance and maintenance related to your house, fencing, landscaping, deck, free-standing buildings, and mailbox. The volunteer will also note screening and proper storage of items such as inoperable vehicles, garbage receptacles, satellite dishes, and other unsightly objects.
