Bylaws and ARB
The Western Ridge Owners Association was incorporated on May 30th, 1996, as a nonstock corporation under Chapter 10 of Title 13.1 of the Code of Virginia. The neighborhood's bylaws govern HOA membership, lots, and community amenities. Like many homeowner associations, Western Ridge also maintains an Architectural Review Board to govern the use and maintenance of individually owned property within Western Ridge.
